Welcome to our April product recap! This month, we’re glad to present our newest updates and improvements designed to make your day easier. Let’s dive into what’s new.
Classes: Take control of unpaid reservations from your waitlists

For all class-based Mindbody users • Available in all regions
Now, you can prevent unpaid reservations by allowing only paid clients to be added to classes from a waitlist. Clients without an eligible payment option or those who don’t meet your unpaid scheduling restrictions can be limited. Your staff also gets better visibility into each client’s payment status.
You can adjust this setting anytime to suit your studio’s needs. Learn more.
Consumer Identity: Offer a more intuitive client login experience
For Mindbody Consumer Identity users • Available in all regions
We’ve streamlined the login and sign-up process for studios using Consumer Identity, making it easier than ever for clients to access their accounts. Now, when a client enters their email, they’ll be guided to either sign in with their password or create a new account.
We’ve also made the six-digit verification process more intuitive by replacing the single input field with six distinct boxes.
With fewer steps and a smoother flow, these enhancements help clients sign in quickly so they can focus on enjoying your services.
Appointments: Automatically send reschedule reminders
For all appointment-based Mindbody users • Available in all regions
Reminders now automatically re-send when an appointment is rescheduled, so clients stay in the loop. This means fewer no-shows, less back-and-forth for your staff, and a more polished experience for your clients. When plans change, it’s a simple but powerful way to make sure the right info reaches the right people at the right time.
Analytics 2.0: Monitor your ClassPass performance
For all Mindbody + ClassPass users • Available in all regions
See how ClassPass contributes to your business with a dedicated tab in Analytics 2.0. Track revenue, visits, and average payout across locations—and compare performance to your other booking sources. You’ll also unlock exclusive insights available only to businesses using both Mindbody and ClassPass. Whether you’re evaluating pricing or adjusting inventory, this tab gives you the data to make every ClassPass spot count.

Client profile: Enjoy an enhanced Account Details page
For all Mindbody users • Available in all regions
It’s now easier to navigate your clients’ account details page. With our modern design, you can filter by date, payment reference, and pricing option to sort information—and even resize columns for a customized view. More updates are coming soon to make the experience even better.
Branded app: Make push notifications more powerful by deep linking
For Mindbody Branded Mobile App users • Available in all regions
With deep linking, businesses can now send targeted notifications that take clients directly to relevant pages in the app.
Whether it's reminding clients to book their next class, notifying them of a nearby location, or encouraging them to return with a promo or challenge, this update helps drive bookings, increase class attendance, and boost client retention. In return, you see higher revenue and build a stronger client relationship.

Corporate: Assign cross-regional pricing to unpaid visit
For cross-regional Mindbody Enterprise users • Available in all regions
Staff members can now assign a cross-regional pricing option to an unpaid visit, eliminating the need to cancel and rebook clients. This update helps prevent revenue loss by ensuring clients pay for cross-regional bookings, improving both operational efficiency and business profitability.
